AIT Training & Technology, Self-Study Training Courses For Industrial Training

About AIT Training & Technology:

History:

Rod Alsman founded AIT Training and Technology in 1996 with one simple concept in mind- “Hands-On”. Statistics show that a person retains 10% of what they hear, 25% of what they see, and 80% of what they do with their hands. All of the courses designed and taught by AIT have been structured around real industrial grade components. Each piece of training equipment used in our courses has been researched and designed with the Maintenance Mechanic in mind.

AIT Training and Technology is an organization that subscribes to the highest level of expertise, dedication, and integrity. We are committed to forming lasting relationships with our customers and truly hope that we can be part of your next training effort.

Awards:

At AIT we don’t waste our time applying for awards offered by magazines and other trade journals. We pride ourselves on customer comments and awards. Ultimately it is the customer we must put first.

AIT has received the Director’s Coin for Excellence from the Army Research Laboratory and assisted industry in winning awards of their own, such as the North American Maintenance Excellence Award (NAME).

Hands-on Training:

Our training immediately reinforces the course material by having the students demonstrate this knowledge on industrial grade training equipment. In most cases there are no more than two students working on each piece of hands-on training equipment
.

Skill Enhancement:

Courses have been developed from Industry for Industry. People from Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Supervisors, Group Leaders, and Managers will benefit from our hands-on industrial maintenance and safety compliance courses.

Practical Training Pays You:

It is advantageous for your company to provide skilled, safety conscious employees. This will reduce downtime, costly accidents and OSHA penalties.

When comparing the benefits of training to the expenses of replacing workers, repairing damaged property, investigating an accident, or troubleshooting a machine; the training investment pays many times over!

Instructors with Industrial Experience:

AIT instructors and associates have a wealth of experience. Their experience comes from industries such as electric power, pharmaceutical, aviation, emergency response and compliance. Our Instructors are kept sharp by continuing to work in the field. AIT Instructors are often involved in projects and consulting to satisfy customer needs.

Flexibility:

AIT is committed to helping customers solve their problems. No two customers have the same specific needs; that is why we can develop customized courses to fit your requirements.

You can attend courses at our training facility or your site. We can come to your plant on any shift, any day of the week.

Nationally Recognized Programs:

AIT offers certifications and authorizations from the Fluid Power Society (FPS), OSHA, and FEMA. Call an AIT representative for details.

Support:

Should you ever have a technical problem or training question we are only a phone call away.
